In order to bring Fiber Optic High Speed Internet service to your area, SPT-Highline is applying for a grant to the State of Colorado Rural Broadband Fund and is seeking commitments from lot owners within the grant project area. Your commitment can be confirmed with a $200 deposit. In the event SPT/Highline is awarded the State grant, your deposit covers the cost of bringing the fiber from the main route to your residence plus all additional fees to complete the installation up to your dwelling. By checking this box, you aknowledge your commitment to subscribe to SPT-Highline Fiber Optic High Speed Internet service upon availability at your dwelling. In the event SPT-Highline is awarded the State grant and you decide not to subscribe to the SPT-Highline internet service, you will forfeit the commitment fee already paid. However, in the event SPT-Highline is not awarded the State grant, SPT-Highline will return all paid commitment fees.
